高校机关党建作为党建体系的重要组成部分,已成为当代中国党的建设和思想政治教育研究的热点议题。新世纪以来,学者们围绕高校机关党建展开了深入的研究和探索,取得了丰富的研究成果。为了明晰中国高校机关党建研究的动态趋向和反馈应用实践,运用Cite Space软件对中国知网数据库中高校机关党建主题文献进行聚类和突变等可视化分析,发现基层党组织建设、党风廉政建设、业务工作融合等是中国高校机关党建工作研究的热点主题,而党建工作机制、政治建设、质量提升和考核标准等动态分布构成了未来中国高校机关党建研究的发展趋势,具体包括:未来高校机关党建研究主题将更加多元化、系统化,研究的内涵建设和逻辑架构将进一步增强,研究成果与其主题达成较好的共识;高校机关党建和业务工作的同频共振、融合发展将成为未来一段时间重点研究的议题之一;坚持和加强党的全面领导,坚持继承和创新相结合,凝练支部特色,打造支部品牌,创造性开展工作将成为未来一段时间重点研究的议题之一。

The Party building of university institutions,as an important component of the national Party building system,has become a hot topic in contemporary Chinese Party building and ideological and political education research.Since the New Century,scholars have conducted in-depth research and exploration on Party building in university institutions,and have achieved rich research results.It is necessary to scientifically evaluate and summarize the research themes.In order to clarify the dynamic trends and feedback application practices of Party building research in Chinese university institutions,Cite Space software was used to cluster and visually analyze the theme literature of Party building in university institutions in the CNKI database.It was found that primary-level Party organizations construction,Party conduct and integrity construction,and business work integration are hot topics in the research of Party building work in Chinese university institutions,while Party building work mechanisms,political construction.The dynamic distribution of quality improvement and assessment standards constitutes the development trend of Party building research in Chinese university institutions in the future.Specifically,the research topics of Party building in university organs will be more diversified and systematic in the future,the connotation construction and logical structure of the research will be further enhanced,and the research results will reach a good consensus with its theme.The simultaneous resonance and integrated development of Party construction and business work in universities and institutions will become one of the key research topics in the future.Adhering to and strengthening the comprehensive leadership of the Party,combining inheritance and innovation,refining the characteristics of the branch,building the brand of the branch,and creatively carrying out work will become one of the key research topics in the future.
