摘要
基于GC-O和气味物质嗅阈值,建立了机车车辆用玻璃钢制品气味评估指标体系。通过对20种车内广泛使用的玻璃钢制品进行GC-O和VOC检测,展示了该指标体系在实际气味评估中的应用,且与常规的主观气味评价定性结果有很好的的一致性,为我国轨道交通行业气味评估及溯源提供了定量化的科学方法。
Based on GC-O and the odor thresholds of odor substances,an odor evaluation index system for FRP products used in rolling stock was established.Through GC-O and VOC testing of 20 types of FRP products widely used in vehicles,the application of this index system in actual odor evaluation was demonstrated,which showed good agreement with the quali-tative results of conventional subjective odor evaluation.This provides a quantitative scientific method for odor evaluating and tracing in the rail transit industry of China.
