摘要
自然铜作为我国中医骨伤科接骨要药,炮制历史悠久,炮制方法各异。以《历代中药炮制资料辑要》为线索,查阅相关古书医籍60部、历版《中华人民共和国药典》7部和地方中药饮片炮制规范10部,进一步理清了自然铜炮制工艺的历代发展思路。基于网络拓扑学和可视化思维分析其沿革变化,借助数据库和文献挖掘技术整理归纳传统医药典籍和现代标准规范,总结自然铜炮制过程中的炮制工艺、炮制机理、化学成分变化等现代研究进展,对自然铜的炮制工艺进行规范化研究,可为自然铜炮制工艺的规范化奠定基础,对保证自然铜临床用药安全、提高临床疗效具有重要意义。
Pyrite as an essential medicine for orthopedics and traumatology in our country,has a long history of processing and different processing methods.Taking the“Compendium of Historical Chinese Medicine Processing Materials”as a clue,this paper reviewed 60related ancient medical books,7previous editions of Chinese Pharmacopoeia and 10local Chinese herbal medicine processing specifications,and further clarified the development ideas of Pyrite processing technology in the past dynasties.Based on the analysis of its evolution and changes based on network topology and visual thinking,with the help of database and literature mining technology,the traditional medical classics and modern standards and specifications are sorted and summarized,and the processing technology,processing mechanism and chemical composition changes in the Pyrite processing process are summarized.With the progress of modern research,further standardized research on the processing technology of Pyriteis carried out.This study can lay a foundation for the standardization of Pyrite processing technology,and is of great significance for ensuring the safety of Pyritein clinical use and improving clinical efficacy.
