In recent years,with the continuous rise in prices of labor,materials,and machinery,various factors have combined to make the profit space of construction enterprises smaller and smaller,resulting in a sharp increase in pressure and highlighted risks.Engineering projects are the basic units for creating efficiency in construction enterprises.The quality of project cost management directly affects the efficiency of enterprises and is related to their survival and development.Reducing costs and increasing efficiency have become a very urgent problem to be solved.This paper analyzes the main causes of high concrete loss rate,adjusts concrete construction technology,reduces concrete loss rate,reduces costs,and improves efficiency.
