教育教学实践能力是师范生未来从事教师职业的核心能力。基于师范类专业认证背景,分析了目前地方院校英语师范生培养所面临的挑战,提出了应对挑战的“1+N”课程体系改革内容、改革措施、评价措施等。在机遇和挑战并存的背景下建立“1+N”课程体系,可以有效连接专业教育课程和实践课程。

The practical ability is one of the core competences in the future teaching profession.Based on the background of certification,the challenges faced by teacher-training English majors in local universities are put forward.To meet these challenges,reform measures and evaluation measures of the“1+N”curriculum system are proposed.In the era where opportunities and challenges coexist,the“1+N”curriculum system will bridge the gap between professional education courses and practical courses.
