超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定化妆品中藤黄酸等5种成分

Determination of Five Components Including Gambogic Acid in Cosmetics by Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)技术,建立了化妆品中藤黄酸、转位藤黄酸、藤黄酸B、异藤黄酸及新藤黄酸的测定方法。样品经过体积分数75%甲醇水溶液超声提取后,以Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18为色谱柱、0.1%(体积分数)甲酸水-乙腈(体积比30∶70)为流动相,采用电喷雾离子(ESI)源、正离子扫描的多反应监测(MRM)模式进行定量分析。结果表明,藤黄酸等5种成分在5~250 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)≥0.999,加标回收率为90.6%~117.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于10%。该方法简单、快速,为化妆品中藤黄酸等成分的检测提供了技术参考。 An ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC/MS-MS)method for the determination of gambogic acid,gambogellic acid,morellic acid,isogambogic acid and gambogenic acid in cosmetics was developed.After ultrasonic extraction with 75%methanol-water(in volume fraction),the sample was eluted on Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18 column with mobile phase consisted of 0.1%(in volume fraction)formic acid solution-acetonitrile(volume ration 30:70).For quantitation,the electrospray ionization(ESI)source was applied to carry out the positive ion scanning with multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.The results showed that good linearities were obtained in the concentration range of 5-250 ng/mL,the correlation coefficients(r)≥0.999.The recoveries at different concentrations were 90.6%-117.9%with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)less than 10%.The method is simple and rapid,and provides a technical reference for the determination of gambogic acid and other components in cosmetics.
