辣椒高效离体再生培养体系是辣椒转化体系建立的关键因素之一。近二十年来,研究者们在提高辣椒离体再生效率方面开展了大量研究,并取得了丰硕成果。综述了影响辣椒离体再生效率的关键因素,对目前存在的问题进行了总结,并提出了辣椒离体再生培养的研究方向。

Establishing an efficient in vitro regeneration culture system for pepper is crucial for the successful implementation of transgenic technology.Over the past two decades,researchers had conducted extensive researches on improving the efficiency of in vitro regeneration of pepper and achieved significant results.This article reviewed the key factors affecting the efficiency of in vitro regeneration of pepper,summarized the current problems,and provided optimization measures for the culture system of in vitro regeneration of pepper.
