浅谈系统性红斑狼疮的中医特色护理经验

系统性红斑狼疮是一种致病性自身抗体和免疫复合物形成并介导器官、组织损伤的自身免疫病,缠绵难愈,对人们的身体和心理均产生较大影响。目前西医对本病的治疗主要为糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂等药物口服,但停药后易反复,近几年研究发现中医药治疗护理该病效果显著。此病中医辨证分型为热毒炽盛、阴虚火旺、脾肾阳虚、脾虚肝旺、气滞血瘀,应辨证论治施护,制定个体化中医护理方案,提高患者生活质量。
