摘要
针对面向重症患者的监护设备需要低功率、高集成的问题,设计了一种高集成小型化的多生理参数可穿戴监护设备。通过研究无线监测及传输技术,提出了基于分布式传感和无线体域网(WBAN)的传输方式,实现心电信号、脑电信号、肌电信号、呼吸、脉搏、体温、血氧饱和度、心音、肺音等9种参数采集和传输,研究和设计传感发射节点、可穿戴载体与接收模块,保证传感节点的小型化与穿戴舒适性。结果表明:系统具有低功耗、小型化特点,能将采集到的多生理参数实时传输至终端显示,可以满足重症患者的实际监护需求。
For the problem of low power and high integration required for monitoring devices oriented to severe patients,a highly integrated and miniaturized wearable monitoring device with multiple physiological parameters is designed.Through the study of wireless monitoring and transmission technology,the distributed sensing and wireless body area network(WBAN)transmission mode is put forward,and electrocardiograph(ECG),electroencephalograph(EEG),muscle,breathing,pulse,temperature,oxygen saturation,heart beating sound,lung beating sound,9 parameter acquisition and transmission are acheived,the sensor transmitting node,wearable carrier and receiving module are studied and designed to ensure the miniaturization and wearable sensing node comfort.The results show that the system has low power consumption and miniaturization,and can transmit the collected multiple physiological parameters to the terminal display in real time,which can meet the actual monitoring needs of severe patients.
