基于HSM理论的中医人工智能复合型人才培养的研究与实践

Research and Practice on the Cultivation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Artificial Intelligence Interdisciplinary Talents Based on HSM Theory

随着中医药和人工智能行业的深度融合,社会对中医人工智能复合型人才的需求日渐增多,高校作为向社会输送人才的主战场,应该适应社会对人才的需求,目前中国中医人工智能复合型人才十分稀缺,人才培养尚处于起步阶段。建立合乎中国国情的中医人工智能复合型人才培养体系,是当前中医药院校面对的重要课题。通过HSM理论构建人才培养体系,充分利用各方优势、调动各方积极性,不断优化和改善管理手段和培养流程,解决人才培养中出现的问题,进而为复合型人才培养提供支撑。

With the deep integration of traditional Chinese medicine and artificial intelligence industries,the demand for interdisciplinary talents is growing.Universities are the main battlefield for transferring talents to the society,and they should adapt to the society’s demand for compound talents.At present,there are very few compound talents in Chinese medicine and artificial intelligence,and talent training is still in its infancy.It is very important to establish a Chinese medicine artificial intelligence compound talent training system in line with my country’s national conditions.HSM theory is used to build a talent training system,make full use of the advantages of all parties,mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties,constantly optimize and improve the management means and training process,solve the problems in talent training,and then provide support for the training of compound talents.
