摘要
为提升油船内壳的设计速度并准确校核货舱舱容,依托上海交通大学自主研发的船舶数字化智能设计系统KSHIP(Knowledge-based Ship-design Hyper-Integrated Platform)研究油船内壳快速设计建模方法。针对船尾横剖面提出半自动设计和自动设计方法,采用NAPA软件进行二次开发,形成油船内壳快速设计建模与舱容校核系统。实船设计验证结果表明,应用该系统能实现对油船内壳的快速设计并准确获得货舱舱容,结果满足设计要求,可为后续油船的性能计算提供参考。
In order to improve the design speed of the inner shell of oil tankers and accurately check the cargo tank capacity,the rapid design modeling method of the inner shell of oil tankers is studied based on the digital intelligent design system KSHIP(Knowledge based Ship design Hyper Integrated Platform)independently developed by Shanghai Jiaotong University.Both the semi-automatic and automatic design methods for the transverse section of the stern are proposed,and NAPA is used for secondary development to form a rapid design modeling and tank capacity verification system for the inner shell of oil tankers.The practical ship design verification shows that the application of this system can realize the rapid design of inner shell and accurately obtain the volume of cargo holds.The results meet the design requirements and can provide reference for subsequent performance calculations of oil tankers.
