支架用冷轧2205不锈钢板成形性能及机理分析

摘要 以支架用2205不锈钢板作为研究对象,对其开展扩孔、拉伸、杯突等多种测试试验,深入探讨了2205不锈钢薄板在冷轧阶段发生A→M转变的机制。研究结果表明,相对6种常规铁素体不锈钢板,2205板在进行冲压测试的过程中达到了更平稳的状态,表现出优异的塑性及易于成形的特点。2205不锈钢可以满足优异扩孔与杯突的性能要求,并且其IE值与λ值相较于各类铁素体不锈钢都有显著提高。 Taking 2205 stainless steel plate for support as the research object,the test experiments of reaping,stretching and cup process were carried out,and the mechanism of A→M transformation of 2205 stainless steel plate during cold rolling was deeply discussed.The results show that compared with the three conventional ferritic stainless steel plates,2205 plate has reached a more stable state during the stamping test,with excellent plasticity and easy forming characteristics.2205 stainless steel can meet the performance requirements of excellent reaming and cup process,and IE value and λ value have been compared to significantly improved all kinds of ferritic stainless steel.
