从成果载体到学术引领:学术期刊视域下的学术共同体研究

From achievement carrier to academic leadership: A study of academic community from the perspective of academic journals

【目的】不断提升学术组织力、引领学术发展,不仅是国家高质量发展对学术期刊的要求,也是学术期刊的使命责任。在从学术成果载体到学术引领的转向中,探寻学术共同体的构建对期刊质量的重要提升作用。【方法】以界定学术共同体概念为切入点,分析学术共同体要素构成,厘清学术共同体内涵,研究以学术期刊为核心的学术共同体在学术会议举办、选题策划、凝聚人才人气等方面已有的实践。【结果】概括总结现阶段学术期刊办刊实践呈现的新特点,阐明以学术期刊为核心构建学术共同体,加强学术组织力建设,彰显学术引领力,不仅具有理论上的构建依据,而且具有现实的可操作性,能够促进学术期刊的高水平高质量发展。【结论】学术期刊因其天然学术属性,应成为学术共同体核心组织者,这不仅是打造高质量学术期刊的必然选择,也是学术期刊发展的规律。

[Purposes]Continuously improving academic organizational strength and leading academic development are not only requirements for the high-quality development of academic journals in China but also the mission and responsibility of academic journals.This paper aims to explore the important role of building an academic community in improving the quality of journals in the shift from academic achievement carriers to academic leadership.[Methods]Starting from defining the concept of the academic community,this paper analyzed the elements making up the academic community,clarified the connotation of the academic community,and studied the existing practices with academic journals as the core community in organizing academic conferences,planning topics,and gathering talents and popularity.[Findings]The paper summarizes the new characteristics presented in the current practice of running academic journals and clarifies that building an academic community with academic journals as the core,strengthening the construction of academic organizational strength,and demonstrating academic leadership can be not only theoretically constructed but also practically operated,which can promote the high-level and high-quality development of academic journals.[Conclusions]Academic journals,due to their natural academic attributes,should become the core organizers of the academic community.This is not only an inevitable choice for creating high-quality academic journals but also a result of the development laws of academic journals.
