220 kV线路并联电抗器工程应用研究

摘要 随着城市输电系统逐步从架空线路向电力电缆方向发展,较多的220 kV线路需要配置并联电抗器以补偿线路过大的容性充电功率。考虑到目前国内220 kV线路加装并联电抗器的相关工程实践较少以及设计和施工方案缺乏明确的经验借鉴和技术指导的现状,文中结合实际工程案例,详细介绍了220 kV线路并联电抗器的工程设计原则、技术要点及运行注意事项等;对相应保护配置、启失灵和解复压回路设计以及远方跳闸功能实现等相关技术难点进行深入分析并提出相应解决方案。对指导工程现场设计施工和促进电网安全、规范运行具有重大应用意义和工程价值。 With the gradual development of urban transmission system from overhead lines to power cables,more 220 kV lines need to be equipped with shunt reactors to compensate the excessive capacitive charging power of lines.Considering the current situation that there are few engineering practices related to the installation of shunt reactors in 220 kV lines in China,and the design and construction scheme lack clear experience reference and technical guidance,the engineering design principles,technical points and operation precautions of the installation of shunt reactors in 220 kV lines are introduced in detail in combination with actual engineering cases.Then,the relevant technical difficulties such as the corresponding protection configuration,the design of startup failure and release compound voltage circuit are deeply analyzed as well as the realization of remote tripping function.The corresponding solutions are put forward,which has great application significance and engineering value for guiding the design and construction of project site and promoting the safe and standardized operation of power grid.
