高校美育工作的实效性开展是新时代高等教育落实立德树人根本任务的迫切需求,高校美育工作积极践行国家相关政策,重点传承和发扬中华美育精神,以培养高素质人才为目标,充分结合本校校情因地制宜进行以美育人方案的加强和改进,针对高校美育工作出现的短板与不足,高校应重点审视三全育人过程中美育具有的重要地位和时代价值,遵循美育育人规律,坚持立德树人育人导向,掌握科学教育方法和技巧,构建以美育人新模式,进一步促进大学生全面发展。

The effective development of aesthetic education in colleges and universities is an urgent need for higher education in the new era to carry out the fundamental task of fostering morality and educating people.Aesthetic education in colleges and universities actively implements national policies,focuses on inheriting and carrying forward the spirit of Chinese aesthetic education,aims at cultivating high-quality talents,and fully combines the school situation with local conditions to strengthen and improve the program of aesthetic education.In view of the shortcomings and deficiencies of aesthetic education in colleges and universities,colleges and universities should focus on examining the important status and times value of aesthetic education in the process of all-round education,follow the law of aesthetic education,adhere to the orientation of moral education,master scientific education methods and skills,build a new model of aesthetic education,and further promote the all-round development of college students.
