产后综合护理对妊娠合并糖尿病产妇哺乳情况和身体康复的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Postpartum Comprehensive Care on Breastfeeding and Physical Rehabilitation of Pregnant Women with Diabetes Mellitus

目的 观察分析产后综合护理对妊娠合并糖尿病产妇哺乳情况和身体康复的影响。方法 选取2021年6月—2022年6月龙岩市第一医院收治的妊娠合并糖尿病产妇总计90例,以随机数表法进行分组,每组各45例,其中开展常规护理的为对照组,开展产后综合护理干预的为研究组。比较两组产妇护理前后的血糖指标水平、对待母乳喂养的应对方式评分,评价产妇对于护理的满意度。结果 护理后产妇的血糖指标水平、对待母乳喂养的应对方式评分中消极应对评分较护理前显著下降,其中研究组较对照组更低,而在护理后的对待母乳喂养的应对方式评分中的积极应对评分均较护理前显著提升,研究组较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在妊娠合并糖尿病产妇中,产后综合护理干预可显著降低产妇在护理后的血糖指标水平,改善妇产对于母乳喂养应对态度,提高产妇对于护理的满意率,效果理想。

Objective To observe and analyze the influence of postpartum comprehensive care on breastfeeding and physical rehabilitation of pregnant women with diabetes mellitus.Methods 90 puerpera with gestational diabetes mellitus treated in the Longyan First Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were grouped by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The routine care was used in the control group,and the postpartum comprehensive nursing intervention was used in the study group.The levels of blood glucose index and the coping style of breastfeeding were compared between the two groups of puerpera before and after nursing,and the satisfaction of the puerpera with nursing was evaluated.Results After nursing,the levels of blood glucose indicators and the negative coping score of the breastfeeding coping style scores of the puerpera were significantly lower than those before nursing,and the study group was lower than control group,after nursing,the positive coping scores in the coping style scores for breastfeeding were significantly higher than those before nursing,and the study group was higher than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Among puerpera with gestational diabetes mellitus,postpartum comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce the level of blood glucose indicators of the puerpera after nursing,improve the maternal attitude towards breastfeeding,and increase the satisfaction rate of the puerpera with nursing care.The effect is ideal.
