宝鸡市陈仓区农业废弃物资源化利用现状与对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of AgriculturalWaste Resource Utilization in Chencang District of Baoji City

文章通过对宝鸡市陈仓区农业生产现状进行调查,发现宝鸡市陈仓区农业废弃物资源化利用过程中存在的思想认识不到位、监管执法有待加强、农业废弃物资源化利用方式有待进一步提升等问题。为此,提出多部门合作完善监管机制,广泛宣传增强治理主动性;制定规范标准,打造畜禽养殖废弃物资源化利用示范企业;统筹兼顾生产环节,实现农作物秸秆、食用菌菌渣综合利用;强化监督管控,多元推进废旧农膜回收利用等对策建议,旨在为相关技术人员提供农业废弃物资源化利用的相关经验。

By investigating the current situation of agricultural production in Chencang District of Baoji City,this paper analyzed the problems existing in the process of agricultural waste resource utilization,such as inadequate ideological understanding,supervision and law enforcement to be strengthened,and agricultural waste resource utilization mode to be further improved.To this end,multi department cooperation is proposed to improve the supervision mechanism,and extensive publicity to enhance the governance initia‐tive.To formulate norms and standards,and build demonstration enterprises for resource utilization of livestock and poultry breeding wastes.Overall consideration of production links,to achieve the comprehensive utilization of crop straw,edible fungi and residue.Strengthen supervision and control,and promote the recycling of waste agricultural film in multiple ways.It aims to provide relevant technical personnel with relevant experience in the utilization of agricultural waste resources.
