Effect of Quality Control Circle in Quality Control of Medical Record Homepage

目的探讨品管圈在病案首页质控中的应用效果。方法选择品管圈活动前2020年1—12月厦门市妇幼保健院100例住院病案首页作为对照组,选择品管圈活动实施后2021年1—12月厦门市妇幼保健院100例住院病案首页作为试验组,对比两组病案首页完成率、病案首页错误率、病案首页退改单率、医疗质量指标以及人员满意度。结果经过观察与记录,试验组病案首页完成率、医疗质量指标以及人员满意度显著高于对照组;同时试验组病案首页错误率、病案首页退改单率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在病案首页质控中应用品管圈活动可有效提高病案首页完成率,促进医院病案首页质量指标持续提升,促进临床病案首页质控水平提高。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle in the quality control of medical record homepage.Methods A total of 100 inpatient medical records of Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2020 before the implementation of the quality control circle activity were selected as the control group,and 100 inpatient medical records of Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2021 after the implementation of the quality control circle activity were selected as the experimental group.The completion rate,error rate,return and change rate,medical quality indicators,and personnel satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After observation and recording,the completion rate of medical record homepage,medical quality indicators,and personnel satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group;At the same time,the error rate of medical record homepage and the rate of returning and changing medical record homepage in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control circle activities in the quality control of medical record homepage can effectively improve the completion rate of medical record homepage,promote the continuous improvement of hospital medical record homepage quality indicators,and promote the improvement of clinical medical record homepage quality control level.
