双高速棒材高效低碳轧制工艺及设备的开发与应用 被引量:2

Development and application of high efficiency low carbon rolling process and equipment for double high speed bar production lines

摘要 以极致高效的方式生产出低成本、高品质、高精度的棒材产品,单条棒材生产线年产量超过160万t,一直是国内外棒材生产企业追求的目标。尤其是GB/T 1499.2—2018热轧带肋钢筋新标准颁布以来,热轧带肋钢筋多线切分轧制工艺及轧后强穿水冷却工艺难以适应低成本生产满足新国标要求的产品,质量和精度难以和单根轧制的相比。为解决这一难题,创新设计了高效、低成本、高精度的控轧控冷双高速棒材生产线,将切分轧制工艺和高线控轧控冷生产工艺相结合,开发了高速模块轧机、柔性水冷系统、棒材高速上钢系统等核心设备,并成功在多条生产线应用,吨钢成本相比传统切分轧制工艺降低了80元以上,成材率提高了0.5%,负偏差提高了0.5%~1%,降低了生产成本及碳排放,提高了生产效率和产品质量,实现了棒材高产高质的极致目标。 To produce low-cost,high-quality,high-precision bar products with extreme efficiency,with an annual output of more than 1.6 million tons per bar mill line,has always been the goal pursued by domestic and foreign bar manufacturers.Especially since the promulgation of the new Chinese rebar standard GB/T 1499.2—2018,the multi-strands splitting rolling process and the water cooling process after rolling are difficult to adapt to the low-cost production of hot-rolled ribbed bars that meet the requirements of the new national standard,the quality and size accuracy can not compare with single-rolled bar.In order to solve this problem,the multi-strands splitting and controlled rolling and controlled cooling process were combined,the core equlpments of high speed modular rolling mill,flexible water cooling system,and high speed bar brake system were independently researched and developed,and the high-efficiency,low-cost,high-precision of double high speed bar production lines were innovatively designed and had been successfully applied in many mill lines.Compared with traditional splitting rolling process,the costs of per ton was reduced 80 RMB,the yield was increased 0.5%,the negative deviation rate was improved 0.5%-1%,the production costs and carbon emissions were reduced,production efficiency and product quality were increased,and the ultimate goal of high yield and quality of bar was truly achieved.
