复方玄驹胶囊联合西地那非对男性性功能障碍的疗效及对性激素水平、国际勃起功能指数-5评分、心理状态的影响

Curative effect of compound Xuanju capsule combined with sildenafil on male sexual dysfunction and the influence of sex hormone level,international index of erectile dysfunction-5 score and psychological state

目的 探讨复方玄驹胶囊联合西地那非治疗勃起功能障碍(ED)的临床价值。方法 选取2020年1月至2022年1月湖南省湘潭市第一人民医院收治的80例ED患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组给予性心理治疗和西地那非片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗。比较两组的国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、中国勃起功能问卷表-5(CIEF-5)评分及雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、勃起功能质量表(QEQ)、男性性健康量表(SHIM)评分、临床疗效、不良反应。结果 治疗前,两组的IIEF-5、SDS、CIEF-5、SAS、QEQ、SHIM评分及E2、T比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的SAS、SDS评分及E2低于对照组,研究组的IIEF-5、SHIM、CIEF-5、QEQ评分及T、总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 复方玄驹胶囊联合西地那非治疗ED患者,能够减轻其焦虑抑郁情绪,改善性激素水平,提高阴茎勃起能力与性生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of compound Xuanju capsule combined with sildenafil in the treatment of erectile dysfunction(ED).Methods A total of 80 ED patients in the First People′s Hospital of Xiangtan City from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with psychosexual therapy and sildenafil tablets,and the study group was treated with compound Xuanju capsule on the basis of the control group.The international index of erectile function-5(IIEF-5),self-rating depression scale(SDS),Chinese erectile function questionnaire-5(CIEF-5),estradiol(E2),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),erectile function quality scale(QEQ),testosterone(T),male sexual health scale(SHIM),clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in IIEF-5,SDS,CIEF-5,E2,SAS,QEQ,T and SHIM between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,SAS,E2 and SDS of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),IIEF-5,SHIM,CIEF-5,QEQ,T levels and total response rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Compound Xuanju capsule combined with sildenafil can reduce anxiety and depression of ED patients,improve the level of sex hormones,and improve the erectile capacity and sexual life quality of patients.
