摘要
现阶段,我国发展战略从高速发展转变为高质量发展,人民对于居住环境的要求也从当年的遮风挡雨转变为开始注重其安全性、舒适性、节能性等。绿色建筑因其节约能源、保护环境、宜居舒适的特性受到越来越多的关注,但绿色建筑的发展是社会各方参与者共同作用产生的结果,而参与者们也同样受到一部分因素的影响,诸如社会因素、人文因素、政治因素等,这些是典型的非线性系统,各影响因素直接的关系较复杂。基于此,该文将引入解释结构模型(ISM),确认主要因素,并区分其层次,再对层次进行分析,最后对现阶段绿色建筑的发展提出相应建议及举措。
At the present stage,China's development strategy has changed from high-speed development to high-quality development,and people's requirements for living environment have also changed from the shelter to dwell in at that time to its safety,comfort,energy saving and so on.The green building has attracted more and more attention because of its energy saving,environmental protection,livable and comfortable characteristics,but the development of green building is the result of the joint action of social participants,and the participants are also affected by some factors,such as social factors,human factors,political factors and so on.These are typical nonlinear systems,and the direct relationship of the influencing factors is more complex.On this basis,this paper introduces the interpretive structural modeling(ISM)model,identifies the main factors,distinguishes their levels,then analyzes the levels,and finally puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures for the development of green buildings at the present stage.
