Current Situation and Thoughts of National Professional Standardization Technical Organizations——Taking the National Professional Standardization Technical Organizations in Qingdao as an Example

标准化技术组织作为开展标准化工作的基础性组织,其运行情况直接或间接影响着本领域标准化发展。基于此,本文以驻青岛市全国专业标准化技术组织为研究对象,围绕《国家标准化发展纲要》《全国专业标准化技术委员会管理办法》等规定,分析了标准化技术组织发展现状,总结了标准化技术组织日常工作中的好经验、好做法,探讨了标准化技术组织面临的新形势和问题,提出了相关建议,以期为全国专业标准化技术组织的健康持续发展提供参考。

As the fundamental organization to carry out standardization work,the operation of standardization technical organizations directly or indirectly affects the development of standardization in its field.According to the provisions of the National Standardization Development Outline and the Management Measures of the National Professional Standardization Technical Committee,the paper takes the national professional standardization technical organizations in Qingdao as the research object,analyzes their current development situation,summarizes the good experience and practices of daily work of standardization technical organizations,discusses the new situations and problems faced by standardization technical organizations,and puts forward relevant suggestions,so as to provide reference for the healthy and sustainable development of professional standardization technical organizations nationwide.
