摘要
自清洁机械筛管是注聚驱油出砂地层完井的主要防砂方式,管缝类型的选择不仅要保证理想的防砂精度,更要最大程度的降低对化学驱溶液性能的影响。采用小型可视化防砂模拟实验设备,研究了聚丙烯酰胺溶液经过筛管的粘度损失率,评价各筛缝类型、泵液速度和溶液粘度对聚合物溶液粘度的影响。结果表明,聚合物溶液配制后,粘度稳定时间为1 h。流体泵注速度增加,粘度损失率减少。同等条件下,溶液浓度对粘度的影响较小,且恢复时间短。该研究考虑了常见的自清洁筛缝对流体的剪切破坏,提出了一种新型可操性强的聚合物驱筛管性能评价实验方法,为注聚井完井机械控砂结构的优选提供借鉴。
Self-cleaning mechanical screen is the main sand control method for completing wells in polymer flooding sand formations.The selection of seam type should not only ensure the ideal sand control accuracy,but also minimize the impact on the performance of chemical drive solutions.The viscosity loss rate of polyacrylamide solution through the screen was investigated using a small visual sand control simulation experiment equipment.The effects of each screen slit type,pumping speed and solution viscosity on the viscosity of the polymer solution were evaluated.The result showed that the experiments yielded a viscosity stabilization time of 1 h after the polymer solution was configured.The rate of viscosity loss decreased as the fluid pumping rate increased.The effect of solution concentration on viscosity under the same conditions is less and the recovery time is shorter.The study considers the shear damage to fluid by common self-cleaning screen slits,and proposes a new manipulable experimental method for evaluating the performance of polymer flooding screen,which provides a reference for the preferential selection of mechanical sand control structure for well completion with polymer injection.
