PICC置管及相关粘胶材料对皮肤损伤的护理干预效果比较研究

A comparative study on the nursing intervention effects of skin damage caused by PICC catheterization and related adhesive materials

针对输液置管粘胶材料很容易导致患者相关皮肤损伤的问题,对PICC置管术粘胶材料对皮肤损伤的护理方法和干预效果进行研究。结果表明:采用优质皮肤护理,化疗输液置管粘贴部位发生粘胶皮肤损伤的几率、严重程度均明显下降,首次发生损伤的时间也有所延迟,应用风险评估干预可将置管部位皮肤护理控制由被动变主动,有效预防粘胶皮肤损伤的发生,有助于促进患者术后恢复效果和术后满意度。

In view of the problem that adhesive material for intravenous catheter fixation easily leads to skin damage in patients,the nursing and intervention effects of adhesive materials for skin damage in PICC catheterization was studied.The results showed that,with the adoption of high-quality skin care,the probability and severity of adhesive skin injury at the site of chemotherapy and infusion catheterization were significantly reduced,and the time of first injury was also delayed.The application of risk assessment intervention could change the control of skin care at the site of catheterization from passive to active,effectively prevent the occurrence of adhesive skin injury,and promote the postoperative recovery and postoperative satisfaction of patients.
