银屑胶囊联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗寻常型银屑病对炎症反应及复发的影响

Effect of Yinxie Capsule(银屑胶囊)Combined with Calcipotriol Ointment on Inflammatory Response and Recurrence in Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的探究银屑胶囊联合卡泊三醇软膏对寻常型银屑病的治疗效果以及对其炎症反应、复发的影响。方法选取郑州大学附属郑州中心医院2020年1月—2021年12月收治的122例寻常型银屑病患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组(60例)和对照组(62例)。其中对照组患者采用卡泊三醇软膏治疗,观察组患者在其基础上联合银屑胶囊治疗,对比两组患者的相关参数。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应总发生率以及治疗后2个月内总复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的棘层厚度、真皮浅层血管计数、银屑病面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分均小于对照组(P<0.05),炎症指标肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)血清浓度以及T细胞亚群TH17水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),Treg水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银屑胶囊、卡泊三醇软膏联合治疗可有效改善寻常型银屑病的临床症状,缓解其炎症反应,降低不良反应和复发率,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Yinxie Capsule(银屑胶囊)combined with calcipotriol ointment on psoriasis vulgaris,and the influence on inflammatory response and recurrence.Methods A total of 122 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected.They were divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(62 cases)by random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with calcipotriol ointment,and those in the observation group were treated with Yinxie Capsule combined with calcipotriol ointment.The relevant parameters were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions and the total recurrence rate within 2 months after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the spinous layer thickness,superficial dermis blood vessel count,psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-ɑ),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and TH17 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and Treg level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinxie Capsule combined with calcipotriol ointment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of psoriasis vulgaris,relieve the inflammatory response and reduce adverse reactions and recurrence rate.
