摘要
多胺是一类广泛存在于原核细胞和真核细胞中的小分子含氮碱,在种子萌发、植物生长分化和衰老等生长发育过程中均发挥着重要的作用,并且与植物抗逆性密切相关。该研究总结了植物中多胺的代谢途径、多胺与植物生长发育以及抗性发育的关系,并介绍了多胺在增加植物抗性方面的应用,以期为多胺在农业生产中的应用提供参考依据。
Polyamines are a kind of small molecule nitrogencontaining bases widely existing in prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells.They play important roles in seed germination,plant growth differentiation,aging and other growth and development processes.Also,polyamines are closely related to plant stress resistance and play an important role.This study summarized the metabolic pathway of polyamines in plants,the relationship between polyamines and plant growth and development and resistance development,and introduced the application of polyamines in increasing plant resistance,so as to provide reference for the application of polyamines in agricultural production.
