运营视角下的历史街区文化空间营造——以福州市三坊七巷为例

Research on Cultural Space Creation in Historic Districts from the Perspective of Operation:A Case of Sanfang Qixiang in Fuzhou

在近年城市更新进程中,历史街区的改造和运营成为重塑城市价值、延续城市文脉的重要依托,而历史街区的文化铸魂又是其重中之重。以国内优秀的历史街区案例福州三坊七巷为研究案例,深入解读文化在历史街区中对游客的感知度影响,探索运营视角下文化在街区文化空间营造中的实现路径。研究发现,三坊七巷在更新过程中,通过物质空间的重塑、商业业态的控制及文化景观的打造,营造出了主题突出、意象深刻的文化空间,成功地表达出街区的历史底蕴和城市文化内涵。基于案例研究,为改造和运营中的历史街区提供文化空间营造的策略建议,促进和强化城市更新中的文化保护和传承。

In the process of urban renewal in recent years,the reconstruction and operation of historic districts have become an important support for reshaping urban value and extending urban context,and the cultural soul of historic districts is its top priority.Taking Fuzhou Sanfang Qixiang,an excellent historic district in domestic,as an example,the paper deeply interprets the influence of culture on tourists’perception degree in historical districts,and explores the realization path of culture in the construction of cultural space in the district from the perspective of operation.It is found that in the renewal process of Sanfang Qixiang,reshaping the material space,controlling the commercial format and creating the cultural landscape have created a cultural space with prominent themes and profound intentions,and successfully expressed the historical deposits and urban culture of the district.Based on this,the paper provides strategic suggestions for cultural space construction in the transformation and operation of historic districts,and promotes and strengthens the cultural protection and inheritance in urban renewal.
