地方本科院校产教融合创新模式的构建与实践——以金陵科技学院建筑类专业为例

The Construction and Practice of the Innovation Model on the Integration of Industry and Education in Local Undergraduate Colleges and Universities:Taking the Architectural Majors of JIT as an Example

产教融合是地方本科院校服务地方高质量发展、推进人才供给侧结构性改革的重要举措。产教融合的现实困境多表现为范围窄、程度浅、效率低、形式单一、稳定性差等。在梳理产教融合研究进展并研判趋势的基础上,以金陵科技学院建筑类专业为例,构建涵盖平台、形式、资源的多元化产教融合生态系统,将育德、育能有机纳入以“一观·二练·三结合”为核心的产教融合实施框架,并贯穿于“3年(或2年)校内+1年校企+1年企校”培养过程,设计兼顾融合广度和深度的评价量表,进行成效考评,形成倒逼机制,促进系统迭代和模式进化,最终形成服务于地方本科院校应用型人才培养的产教融合创新模式。

The integration of industry and education is an important measure for local undergraduate colleges and universities to serve the high-quality development of the local area and promote the supply side structural reform of talents.The narrow scope,shallow degree,low efficiency,single form and poor stability of industry-education integration have become the current real dilemmas.On the basis of reviewing the research progress on industry-education integration and analyzing the research trends,taking the architectural majors of Jinling Institute of Technology(JIT)as an example,a comprehensive integrated ecosystem of industry and education has been constructed including platforms,forms and resources,organically incorporating cultivating morality and cultivating competence into the implementation framework of industry-education integration with observation,practice on-campus and off-campus,and combinations of learning and doing,learning and researching,learning and creating as the core,running through the cultivation process of“3 years(or 2 years)on-campus+1 year on-campus-enterprise+1 year on-enterprise-campus”,designing an evaluation scale that takes into account the breadth and depth of the integration to conduct the effectiveness assessment,forming a reverse force mechanism to promote the systematic iteration and the model evolution,and finally an innovative mode of industry-education integration is created,which serves the application-oriented talent cultivation of local undergraduate colleges and universities.
