专科护理质量指标在危急重症患者管理中的应用价值探析

Application of Specialized Nursing Quality Index in the Management of Critically Ill Patients

为综合分析专科护理质量指标在危急重症患者管理中的应用价值,选取2022年1月—2022年12月北京市门头沟区医院收治的198例危急重症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法平均分为两组,一组为对照组(99例,应用常规护理管理方法),另一组为实验组(99例,应用专科护理质量指标管理方法)。分析两组危急重症患者的护理不良事件发生率、护理满意率、急救时间、住院时间、护士的各项综合能力评分以及管理前后的护理质量。结果显示,实验组护理不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组护士的各项综合能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的急救时间和住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,专科护理质量指标在危急重症患者管理中的应用价值高。

Comprehensive analysis of the application value of specialized nursing quality indicators in the management of critically ill patients.198 critically ill patients admitted to Beijing Mentougou District Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table.One group was the control group(99 cases,using conventional nursing management methods),and the other group was the experimental group(99 cases,using specialized nursing quality index management methods).Analyze the incidence of adverse nursing events,satisfaction rate with nurses,fi rst aid time,hospitalization time,comprehensive ability scores of nurses,and nursing quality before and after management in two groups of critically ill patients.The results showed that the incidence of nursing adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of nurses in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The comprehensive ability scores of the experimental group nurses were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The fi rst aid time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has shown that the application value of specialized nursing quality indicators in the management of critically ill patients is high.
