快易网球教学对于初学者正手运动表现的影响

Influence of Tennis Play and Stay Teaching on Beginners'Forehand Sport Performance

目的:研究大学网球学习对大学生的初学者正手运动表现的影响。方法:从西安石油大学2021级选修网球者中选取60人,随机分为两组,测其发球、正手、基本动作,发现差异无统计学意义。两组受试者,一组采用快易网球教学,一组采用传统网球教学。练习12周,复测。结果:两组学生发球、正手、基本动作较之前明显提高,发现快易组优于传统组。结论:在大学生初学者中,网球快易教学法在发球、正手入门学习方面的教学效果均好于传统教学法,能够使初学者较快入门。快易教学法是针对初学者的启蒙教学方法,在动作标准化提高的过程中,与传统网球教学方法并没有显著优势,因此,两种教学方法均需要巩固技术动作的规范性和美观性。在教学理念上,实施快易教学法后,学生在发球和正手入门方面平均成功次数的波动性较小,所以快易教学法更适合于集体教学,而在传统网球教学法中,学员击球动作成功率的表现具有更大的波动性。

Objective:To study the influence of tennis learning on the forehand sports performance of the beginners in college students in colleges and universities.Methods:60 students who took tennis as an elective course of 2021 from Xi'an Shiyou University were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups to test their serve,forehand and basic movements,and no statistical difference was found.For two groups of subjects,one group was taught tennis play and stay,the other was taught traditional tennis,and they were retested after 12 weeks of practice.Results:The serve,forehand and basic movements of two groups of students were improved significantly compared with before,and it was found that the play and stay group was better than the traditional group.Conclusion:Among the beginners of college students,the play and stay teaching method of tennis has better teaching effect than the traditional teaching method in terms of serve and forehand entry learning,which can make beginners get started faster.The play and stay teaching method is an enlightenment teaching method for beginners,and it has no significant advantage compared with the traditional tennis teaching method in the process of improving movement standardization,so two teaching methods need to consolidate the standardization and aesthetics of technical movements.In terms of teaching philosophy,after the implementation of the play and stay teaching method,the students'average number of successful times in serving and forehand entry is less volatile,so the play and stay teaching method is more suitable for group teaching,while in the traditional tennis teaching method,the performance of the success rate of students'hitting movements has greater fluctuations.
