消风敷脐贴联合氯雷他定治疗血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹患者的效果

Effects of Xiaofeng umbilical patch combined with Loratadine in treatment of chronic urticaria patients of blood deficiency and wind dryness type

目的:探讨消风敷脐贴联合氯雷他定治疗血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹患者的效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年10月该院收治的106例血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组各53例。对照组口服氯雷他定片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合消风敷脐贴治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后荨麻疹症状评分、生命质量[皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)]评分、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.34%(50/53),高于对照组的81.13%(43/53),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组皮肤瘙痒,风团数量、大小、持续时间等症状评分及DLQI评分均低于对照组,血清IgE水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:消风敷脐贴联合氯雷他定治疗血虚风燥型慢性荨麻疹患者可提高疗效,降低症状评分和血清IgE水平,提高患者生命质量,效果优于单用氯雷他定治疗。

Objective:To explore effects of Xiaofeng umbilical patch combined with Loratadine in treatment of chronic urticaria patients of blood deficiency and wind dryness type.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 106 patients with chronic urticaria of blood deficiency and wind dryness type admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to October 2020.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Loratadine tablets orally,while the observation group was treated with Xiaofeng umbilical patch on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the urticaria symptom score,the quality of life[Dermatology life quality index(DLQI)]score,the immunoglobulin E(IgE)level,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.34%(50/53),which was higher than the control group of 81.13%(43/53),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of skin itching,the number,size and duration of wheals and the DLQI scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the serum IgE level was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Xiaofeng umbilical patch combined with Loratadine in the treatment of the chronic urticaria patients of blood deficiency and wind dryness can improve the curative effects,reduce the symptom scores and the serum IgE levels,and improve the quality of life of the patients.Moreover,it is superior to single Loratadine treatment.
