Watson人性照顾理论在胃恶性肿瘤患者术后的应用效果及对心理情绪的影响

Application effect of the Jean Watson’s Theory of Human Caring in postoperative nursing of patients with gastric malignant tumor and its influence on psychological emotions

目的 探讨Watson人性照顾理论护理在胃恶性肿瘤患者术后的应用效果及对患者心理情绪的影响。方法 选取2020年1月至2022年9月六安市人民医院普外科收治的74例胃恶性肿瘤术后患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为常规照顾组与人性照顾组,每组37例。常规照顾组给予常规护理,人性照顾组在常规照顾组的基础上给予Watson人性照顾理论护理,比较2组的治疗依存性、护理满意度及护理前后的负性心理情绪评分、生活质量评分。结果 人性照顾组的日常管理行为、遵医行为、家属支持度、饮食依从性、服药依从性评分及总分均高于常规照顾组(P<0.05)。人性照顾组的护理总满意度高于常规照顾组(P<0.05)。2组护理后的焦虑和抑郁评分低于护理前(P<0.05),且人性照顾组护理后的焦虑和抑郁评分低于常规照顾组(P<0.05)。人性照顾组护理后的生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、活力、社会工能、情感职能、精神健康评分及总分高于常规照顾组(P<0.05)。结论 Watson人性照顾理论护理在胃恶性肿瘤患者术后的应用效果较好,能够改善患者的负性情绪及生活质量,提高治疗依从性及护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of the Jean Watson’s Theory of Human Caring in postoperative nursing of patients with gastric malignant tumor and its influence on psychological emotions.Methods From January 2020 to September 2022,seventy-four postoperative patients with gastric malignant tumors admitted to Department of General Surgery in Lu’an People’s Hospital of Anhui Province were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the routine caring group(37 cases)and the human caring group(37 cases).Routine caring was given to all patients,and nursing care based on the Jean Watson’s Theory of Human Caring was additionally given to those of human caring group.Compliance,nursing satisfaction,and the scores of negative emotion and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between groups.Results The each dimensional scores and total scores of daily management behavior,medical compliance behavior,family support,diet compliance,as well as medication compliance,in the human caring group were significantly higher than those in the routine caring group(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction in the human caring group was significantly higher than that in the routine caring group(P<0.05).Anxiety and depression scores after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing in both groups,which were significantly lower in the human caring group than those in the routine caring group(P<0.05).The each dimensional scores and total scores of physiological performance,physiological function,physical pain,general health status,vitality,social work ability,emotional function,and mental health after nursing in the human caring group were significantly higher than those in the routine caring group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Jean Watson’s Theory of Human Caring has a good effect on postoperative care for patients with gastric malignant tumors,which can improve the negative emotions and quality of life,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction.It is worth promoting and application.
