农业产业集聚对农业碳排放效率的影响及其空间溢出效应

The Impact of Agricultural Agglomeration on Agricultural Carbon Emission Efficiency and Its Spatial Spillover Effect

为了实现“双碳”目标和农业的高质量发展,为农业的低碳绿色发展提供参考,本文对农业产业集聚对农业碳排放效率的影响机制进行了理论分析,然后再基于2011—2020年省级面板数据,分别运用区位熵和SBM-GML模型对农业产业集聚和农业碳排放效率进行测度,并采用空间杜宾模型实证检验农业产业集聚对农业碳排放效率的影响。结果表明:农业产业集聚和农业碳排放效率间存在明显的空间相关性;农业产业集聚有利于提高本地区的农业碳排放效率,且具有空间溢出效应,在一定程度上促进了邻近地区农业碳排放效率的提高。综合分析,应促进农业产业集聚,发挥集聚优势,建立低碳绿色农业示范园,顺利实现农业低碳转型,为我国实现“双碳”战略目标提供有力支撑。

In order to achieve the goal of“double carbon”and the high-quality development of agriculture,and to provide reference for the low-carbon and green development of agriculture,this paper theoretically analyzes the influence mecha-nism of agricultural industrial agglomeration on agricultural carbon emission efficiency,and then uses location entropy and SBM-GML model to measure agricultural industrial agglomeration and agricultural carbon emission efficiency based on pro-vincial panel data from 2011 to 2020.The Spatial Durbin Model is used to empirically test the impact of agricultural indus-trial agglomeration on agricultural carbon emission efficiency.The results show that there is an obvious spatial correlation between agricultural industrial agglomeration and agricultural carbon emission efficiency,and agricultural industrial agglo-meration helps to improve the agricultural carbon emission efficiency in this region,and has spatial spillover effect.To a certain extent,it promotes the improvement of agricultural carbon emission efficiency in neighboring areas.Therefore,it is suggested that we should promote agricultural industrial agglomeration,give full play to the advantages of agglomeration,es-tablish a low-carbon green agricultural demonstration park,successfully realize the low-carbon transformation of agricul-ture,and provide strong support for our country to achieve the strategic goal of“double carbon”.
