基于模糊综合评价方法的工程成本管控能力研究

Studies of Engineering Cost Control Ability based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

通过对评价目标进行文献研究,制定评价指标,采用模糊综合评价方法,对评价指标进行组合赋权,构建了评价模型,并进行了实例应用。结果表明:本方法用于EPC设计阶段工程成本管控能力评价是合理可行的,评价结果能够为管理者提供有效的决策依据和量化指标。

This paper conducts literature research on evaluation objectives,formulates evaluation indexes,constructs an evaluation model by combination weighting of evaluation indicators with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and conducts case application study.The study results show that this method is reasonable and feasible for evaluating the engineering cost control ability in the EPC design stage,meanwhile,the evaluation results can provide effective decision-making basis and quantitative indicators for engineering managers.
