路径导向性护理结合复合保温措施对前列腺电切术患者体温及舒适度的影响

Effects of path-oriented nursing combined with composite insulation measure on temperature and comfort of patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate

目的 探讨路径导向性护理结合复合保温措施对前列腺电切术患者体温及舒适度的影响。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年1月择期行前列腺电切术治疗的100例患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理和保温措施,观察组在常规护理基础上实施路径导向性护理结合复合保温措施。比较两组的护理效果。结果 插管时(T_(1))、手术10 min(T_(2))、手术30 min(T_(3))、术毕(T_(4)),观察组的体温高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,观察组的心理、生理、环境评分均高于对照组,肾上腺素(E)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、皮质醇(Cor)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术中、术后的并发症总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 路径导向性护理结合复合保温措施应用于前列腺电切术患者中的效果显著,有助于维持体温稳定,提高舒适度,也能减轻生理应激,减少术中、术后并发症,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of path-oriented nursing combined with composite insulation measure on temperature and comfort of patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent selective transurethral resection of prostate from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and insulation measure,and the observation group received path-oriented nursing combined with composite insulation measure on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results At intubation(T_(1)),10 min of operation(T_(2)),30 min of operation(T_(3))and after operation(T_(4)),the temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the psychology,physiology and environment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the levels of epinephrine(E),norepinephrine(NE)and cortisol(Cor)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidences of intraoperative and postoperative complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The path-oriented nursing combined with composite insulation measure applied in patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate has a significant effect,it helps to maintain temperature stability,improve comfort,relieve physiological stress and reduce intraoperative and postoperative complications,which is worth popularizing.
