摘要
针对小水电站信息难以上传调度自动化系统,无法实现集群调控的问题,采用无线公网信息安全接入技术,利用微型纵向加密装置建立三层安全接入防护体系,将小水电站信息连通调度自动化系统。结果表明,该方法解决了小水电站信息接入问题,不仅突破了地域、光缆资源等限制,还有效降低了维护总成本,极大提高了电力系统运行管理水平,保证了电力系统安全稳定运行。
In order to solve the problem that small hydropower station information is difficult to upload to the dispatching automation system and inability to achieve cluster regulation and control,wireless public network information security access technology is adopted in this paper,a three-layer security access protection system is established by using a micro vertical encryption device,to connects small hydropower station information to the dispatching automation system.The results show that this method solves the information access problem of small hydropower station,not only breaks through the restrictions of region and optical cable resources,but also effectively reduces the total maintenance cost,greatly improving the operation and management level of the power system,and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power system.
