摘要
高处作业在各类施工项目中普遍存在,且作业环境多变复杂,施工过程虽有相应防护措施及完整的坠落防护系统,但施工安全事故仍偶有发生。究其原因主要为对安全防护系统和装置认识不足、对其使用合理条件不清,导致事故真正发生时起不到有效保护作用。本文主要对高处作业“平台工作面”C型挂点装置进行研究,通过计算分析提出C型挂点柔性导轨固定装置高度、间距、平台宽度与安全绳长度合理取值范围,在方便施工人员作业的同时,达到有效保证施工人员安全的目的。
Working at heights is common in various construction projects,and the working environment is variable and complex.Although there are corresponding protective measures and complete fall protection systems during the construction process,construction safety accidents still occur from time to time.The main problem is a lack of understanding of safety protection systems and devices,unclear reasonable conditions for their use,resulting in inability to provide effective protection in the event of an accident.This article mainly studies the C-type hanging point device in the“platform working face”of high-place operations.Through calculation and analysis,the reasonable range of values for the height,spacing,platform width,and safety rope length of the C-type hanging point flexible guide rail fixing device is given,which facilitates the operation of construction personnel while effectively ensuring the safety of construction personnel.
