In the project construction,the high-quality and efficient logistics management system plays an important role in supporting the smooth performance of the project.In the new era,the forms of project management are more diversified,the requirements for normalized epidemic prevention and control are more rigorous,and the role of logistics management in project construction is increasingly prominent.Based on the background of the new era,this paper discusses the new strategies and methods of logistics management of large-scale projects in state-owned construction enterprises,and provides new reference for improving the level of logistics management of engineering projects.
