摘要
针对在电流互感器处于大负荷波动情况下,采用单一变比高压计量装置可能导致计量失准造成电能漏计的问题,开发了一种自适应变比智能电流互感器.该电流互感器通过内部的电流检测单元进行负荷电流幅值实时检测,采用可调柔化因子广义预测算法来计算互感器最优变比,并经过内置的变比切换模块来改变电路互感器的变比,进而实现在不同负荷下提前对电流互感器变比进行调节以及电流互感器复合变比组合在线调控.实验测试结果表明,所提设计提高了配电网系统的安全性、稳定性,保证了电能计量的准确性.
Aiming at the problem of electric energy leakage metering caused by the metering inaccuracy when using single-ratio high-voltage metering devices for the current transformer under large load fluctuation,an adaptive ratio intelligent current transformer was developed.The load current amplitude in real time was detected through the internal current detection unit of current transformer,the optimal transformation ratio of current transformer was calculated by using the adjustable softening factor generalized prediction algorithm,and the transformation ratio of circuit transformer was changed through the built-in transformation ratio switching module,in order to realize the current mutual adjustment in advance under different loads.The experimental results show that the as-proposed design improves the security and stability of distribution network system and warrants the accuracy of electric energy measurement.
