预见性护理在阴道分娩产妇中的应用价值

Application value of predictive nursing in vaginal delivery women

目的分析预见性护理应用于阴道分娩产妇分娩过程中,对改善产妇产后出血状况以及不良妊娠结局的价值。方法选取2018年3月—2020年3月汕头潮南民生医院收治的阴道分娩产妇80例进行观察,根据护理干预方式分为对照组和观察组各40例。观察组产妇给予预见性护理,对照组产妇给予常规护理。观察两组产妇产后出血情况及不良妊娠结局发生率。结果观察组产后2、12以及24 h出血量均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.824,P<0.05)。结论预见性护理干预应用于阴道分娩过程中,注重对产前、产时以及产后预防护理干预,能有效降低产后出血风险,改善宫缩乏力、胎儿窘迫和新生儿窒息等不良妊娠结局,保障母婴安全,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the value of predictive nursing applied in the delivery process of vaginal delivery women in improving the status of postpartum bleeding and adverse pregnancy outcomes.Methods A total of 80 cases of vaginal delivery women admitted to Shantou Chaonan Minsheng Hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected for observation,and divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group according to the nursing intervention methods.The observation group received predictive nursing,while the control group received routine nursing.The situation of postpartum bleeding and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes of delivery women in the two groups were observed.Results The amount of bleeding at 2,12 and 24 hours postpartum in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 7.50%,which was lower than 22.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.824,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing intervention in the process of vaginal delivery,focusing on prenatal,intrapartum and postpartum preventive nursing intervention,could effectively reduce the risk of postpartum bleeding,improve adverse pregnancy outcomes such as uterine inertia,fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia,ensure the safety of mothers and infants,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
