Progress in Medication of Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy

糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN),临床以感觉障碍、肢端麻木、疼痛、发凉等为主要表现,若病症未能得到有效遏制,将可能进展为神经源性关节和足部坏疽,严重影响病患生活质量。本文笔者就DPN发病机制中西医的认识以及药物治疗情况进行了相关综述,旨在为临床治疗提供一定参考。

DPN(diabetes peripheral neuropathy)is one of the common complications of diabetes,which is manifested by sensory disturbance,limb numbness,pain,chills,etc.If the disease is not effectively curbed,it may progress to neurogenic joint and foot gangrene,which can severely influence the patient′s life quality.The author reviewed the pathogenesis of DPN in Chinese and western medicine and drug treatment,aiming to provide some reference for clinical treatment.
