生物与食品基础教学示范中心“一体化,三层次”实验教学模式的构建

摘要 创新型社会的构建离不开创新型人才的培养,而实践教学是培养大学生实践和创新能力主要途径之一。本文分析了高校生物与食品学科实验教学过程中现存的问题,依托生物与食品市级实验教学示范中心平台,进行生物与食品类专业实验教学体系的改革与探索,构建了基于“一体化,三层次”的实验教学模式,旨在为高校生物与食品类专业创新型人才的培养提供参考。 The construction of an innovative society cannot be separated from the cultivation of innovative talents,and practical teaching is one of the main ways to cultivate college students'practical and innovative abilities.This article analyzes the existing problems in the experimental teaching process of biology and food disciplines in universities.Relying on the platform of the municipal experimental teaching demonstration center for biology and food,the reform and exploration of the experimental teaching system for biology and food majors have been carried out.A“integrated and three-level”experimental teaching model has been constructed,which aims to provide reference for the cultivation of innovative talents in biology and food majors in colleges and universities.
