抗结核板式药物治疗肺结核的效果及不良反应情况观察

Application and Adverse Reactions Observation of Anti Tuberculosis Plate Drugs in Treatment of Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的 研讨对肺结核患者应用抗结核板式药物治疗的效果及不良反应。方法 选取2021年12月-2022年12月在本院就诊的62例肺结核患者为研究对象,通过随机抽签的方式分为对比组和测试组,每组各31例。对比组开展常规治疗方法,测试组开展抗结核板式药物治疗方法,对比不同策略治疗效果。结果临床治疗有效率、治疗依从性、痰菌阴转率、病灶吸收率以及空洞缩小闭合率对比,测试组高于对比组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率及强化期与巩固期不良反应对比,对比组低于测试组(P<0.05)。结论治疗肺结核患者采用抗结核板式药物能够起到显著的治疗效果,治疗依从性得以提高,但抗结核板式药物会增加不良反应发生率,为此,在患者服用药物时要加强监测,减少不良反应的发生。

Objective To analyze effect and adverse reactions of anti tuberculosis plate drugs for pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods The paper chose 62 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022.Control group of 31 patients was treated with routine treatment,while experiment group of 31 patients with anti tuberculosis plate drug treatment.Curative effect of different strategies was compared.Results Clinical treatment effect,treatment compliance,sputum negative conversion rate,lesion absorption rate and cavity reduction and closure rate in experiment group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions during strengthening and consolidation stages between two groups showed,that of control group was lower than experiment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Anti tuberculosis plate drugs can achieve significant curative effect and improve treatment compliance of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.However,incidence of adverse reactions may be increased.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen monitoring during taking drugs to reduce incidence of adverse reactions.
