摘要
目的 探讨翻转课堂式小讲课在住院医师规范化培训核医学轮训出科考核中的实施效果及实践价值。方法选取2020年10月—2021年11月广州医科大学附属第三医院放射医学、超声医学、核医学、内科学等专业的33名住院医师,在核医学轮训的出科考核中开展翻转课堂式小讲课,采用多维度的评价方法(生对生、师对生、生对师和自我评价)进行评价。结果 研究共开展了33名次翻转课堂小讲课,其中生对生、生对师、师对生和自我评价的总满意率分别为98.2%(108/110)、99.1%(106/107)、62.0%(31/50)和81.8%(27/33),师对生的总满意率最低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001)。在师对生的评价中“课件准备充分、PPT制作整洁、规范”和“有合适的临床例证且运用恰当”的评分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在核医学住院医师规范化培训中开展基于翻转课堂理念的出科考核小讲课,其实施效果良好,该方法有利于提高住培教学效果。
Objective To explore the effects and practical value of the flipped classroom lecture in the standardized residency training of nuclear medicine department resident checking-out examination.Methods A total of 33 resident physicians from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University majoring in radiation medicine,ultrasound medicine,nuclear medicine and internal medicine were involved from October 2020 to November 2021,the flipped classroom lectures were given in the standardized residency training of nuclear medicine department resident checking-out examination,and the multi-dimensional evaluation method(residency-to-residency,tutor-to-residency,residency-to-tutor and residency self-evaluation)was used to assess the practical effects.Results A total of 33 flipped classroom lectures were conducted in the study,among which the total satisfaction rates of student to student,student to teacher,teacher to student,and self-evaluation were 98.2%(108/110),99.1%(106/107),62.0%(31/50),and 81.8%(27/33),respectively.The total satisfaction rate of teacher to student was the lowest,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).In the teacher to student evaluation,there was a statistically significant difference between the scores of"sufficient courseware preparation,neat and standardized PPT production"and"appropriate clinical examples and application"(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the flipped classroom lecture in the standardized residency training of nuclear medicine department resident checking-out examination is satisfactory,this method is conducive to improve the training effect.
