人性化护理干预在妇产科护理中的应用效果

Application effect of humanized nursing intervention in obstetrics and gynecology nursing

目的探讨人性化护理干预在妇产科护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年8月至2022年8月淄博市淄川区洪山卫生院收治的60例孕产妇,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=30)与对照组(n=30)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予人性化护理干预。比较两组负面情绪、护理满意度、会阴切口愈合情况、子宫复旧情况及并发症发生情况。结果观察组焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组会阴切口愈合良好率及子宫复旧良好率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理干预在妇产科护理中的应用可改善孕产妇负面情绪,提高护理满意度,促进孕产妇恢复,减少并发症发生风险。

Objective To investigate the application effect of humanized nursing intervention in obstetrics and gynecology nursing.Methods From August 2021 to August 2022,60 pregnant women admitted to Hongshan Health Center of Zichuan District in Zibo City were selected and divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given humanized nursing intervention based on the control group.Negative emotions,nursing satisfaction,perineal incision healing,uterine involvement and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The good rates of perineal incision healing and uterine rehabilitation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing intervention in obstetrics and gynecology nursing can improve the negative emotions and nursing satisfaction of pregnant women,promote the recovery,and reduc e the risk of complications.
