摘要
人参、西洋参和三七是五加科人参属中典型的代表性药用植物,均为我国名贵中药材。根部病害是影响人参属药用植物发展的重要因素。目前,多组学技术在植物抗病育种中的应用越来越广泛。本文从基因组、转录组、蛋白质组和代谢组学4个方面综述了人参、西洋参和三七抗根部病害研究进展,以期为这3种药用植物的抗病育种研究提供借鉴。
The Panax genus in the Araliaceae family includes a variety of medicinal plants,among which Panax ginseng,P.quinquefolium and P.notoginseng are representative plants,and they are all precious Chinese Medicinal Materials.Root disease is an important factor limiting the development of Panax medicinal plants.In recent years,the application of multi-omics technology in plant disease resistance breeding has become more and more extensive.The research progress on root resistance of P.ginseng,P.quinquefolium and P.notoginseng was reviewed from four aspects of genome,transcrip tome,proteome and metabolomics,in order to provide reference for the research on resistance breeding of these three medicinal plants.
