实习护生安宁疗护态度与能力的现状调查分析

Investigation and analysis on the current situation of the attitude and ability of nursing students in hospice care

目的了解实习护生安宁疗护态度与能力现状,为护理院校设置安宁疗护课程的提供参考依据。方法采用便利抽样法,使用中文版佛罗梅尔特临终关怀态度B量表(FATCOD-B量表)和护生安宁疗护能力测评问卷对30所医院的665名实习护生进行问卷调查。结果实习护生FATCOD-B量表最终得分(99.38±12.68)分,态度较为积极。实习护生安宁疗护能力得分总分(63.12±10.17)分,能力水平一般。结论实习护生对安宁疗护的态度较积极,安宁疗护能力一般。因此建议完善我国安宁疗护教育体系,加强高校安宁疗护教育;拓展安宁疗护实践基地,增加护生安宁疗护的实践机会,为安宁疗护发展提供后备力量。

Objective To understand the current situation of nursing students′attitudes and abilities in hospice care,and to provide reference for nursing colleges to set up hospice care courses.Methods A total of 665 nursing students from 30 hospitals were investigated by the convenience sampling method,using the Chinese version of Frommert′s Attitude toward Hospice Care B Scale(FATCOD-B scale)and the hospice care ability questionnaire for nursing students.Results The nursing students′FATCOD-B scale scores were(99.38±12.68),and their attitude was positive.The total score of hospice nursing ability of nursing students was(63.12±10.17),and the ability level was average.Conclusion Nursing students have a positive attitude towards hospice care,and their hospice care ability is average.It is suggested to improve the hospice education system in China and strengthen hospice care education in college and universities.Expand the practice base of hospice care,increase the practice opportunities of hospice care for nursing students,and provide backup force for the development of hospice care.
