整张棉专用4.40 dtex硅整理中空短纤维的开发与性能研究

摘要 以特性黏度为(0.682±0.010)dL/g的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)为原料,在2.5万吨/年的国产中空短纤维生产线上生产整张棉专用4.40 dtex硅整理PET中空短纤维,探讨了环吹冷却工艺以及牵伸工艺对生产运行影响,对纤维的蓬松性能、压缩回弹性能、滑爽性能以及充枕性能进行表征。结果表明:环吹风速度4.5 m/s、环吹风温度22℃,牵伸浴槽温度64℃,第一牵伸倍率2.900、第二牵伸倍率1.070,松弛定型温度170℃,松弛定型时间10 min,该条件下生产的整张棉专用4.40 dtex硅整理PET中空短纤维的蓬松性能、压缩回弹性能、滑爽性能均最优。 Using polyethylene terephthalate(PET)with intrinsic viscosity of(0.682±0.01)dL/g as raw material,4.40 dtex silicon-finished PET hollow staple fiber for whole cotton was produced on a domestic hollow staple fiber production line of 25000 tons/year.The effects of ring blowing cooling process and post-drafting process on production operation were discussed,and the bulking performance,compression resilience performance,smoothness performance and pillow filling performance of the fiber were characterized.The results show that under the condition of the ring blowing speed at 4.5 m/s,the ring blowing temperature at 22℃,the drafting bath temperature at 64℃,the first drafting ratio at 2.900,the second drafting ratio at 1.070,the relaxation setting temperature at 170℃,and the relaxation setting time at 10 min at the bulking V 1,V 2 performance,compression resilience performance,smoothness performance,initial height of the pillow and the height of the pillow after compression and rebound of the 4.40 dtex silicon finished PET hollow short fiber for the whole cotton are the highest.They were 154 cm^(3)/g、41 cm^(3)/g、71%、4.0、20.3 cm and 17.9 cm,respectively.
