高等职业技术师范院校课程思政育人模式构建与实践——以吉林工程技术师范学院机械专业为例 被引量:7

摘要 高等职业技术师范院校机械专业课程思政育人模式的构建,有利于形成专业育人特色、丰富专业课程思政育人资源、创新专业协同育人方式、提高专业人才培养质量。吉林工程技术师范学院遵循“德技并修”“利益相关”“显隐结合”“多元交互”原则,通过分析育人主体的价值主张、价值共创、价值传递和价值实现,构建了包含育人理念、育人内容、育人策略和育人载体四个模块的职技高师机械类专业课程思政育人模式。该模式的实践路径为:基于理论创新,实施育人模式顶层设计;面向合作共赢,创新协同共建育人策略;立足主体优势,探索实践育人系统方法;聚焦实践应用,开发课程思政应用平台。 The construction of the curriculum ideological and political education model in mechanical major of higher vocational and technical normal colleges is conducive to forming the characteristics of the education,enriching the resources of curriculum ideological and political education in majors,innovating the collaborative education methods,and improving the quality of talent cultivation.Adhering to the principles of“moral and technical education”“interest related”“combination of explicit and implicit”and“diverse interaction”,and analyzing the value proposition,value co-creation,value transmission and value realization of the subject of education,a mechanical major curriculum ideological and political education model in vocational and technical normal colleges has been constructed,which includes four modules:education concept,education content,education strategy and education carrier.The practical paths of this model are to implement the top-level design of the education model based on theoretical innovation;facing win-win cooperation and innovating collaborative education strategies;based on the advantages of the subject,exploring the methods of the practical education system;focusing on practical applications and developing a course ideological and political application platform.
