摘要
基础化工原料制造业的行业特点决定了企业非常容易陷入“同质化陷阱”。需要企业精心谋划、精准定位、精致部署,认真思考如何塑造企业价值,如何创造企业的独特竞争优势,如何打造在产业链的行业话语权。紧扣高质量发展规划,坚持党建引领,以数字工厂和精益管理为抓手,全力追求卓越,构建、培育具有全球竞争力的优质现代企业是必由之路。文章从创建优质现代化工企业的背景出发,对紧盯“一个目标”、筑牢“四梁八柱”、夯实“三个根基”等具体做法进行了剖析,对实施效果进行了总结。
The characteristics of basic chemical raw material manufacturing industry determine that enterprises are very easy to fall into the“Homogenization trap”.It needs the enterprise to plan,position and deploy carefully,how to mold the enterprise value,how to create the unique competitive advantage and how to build the industry voice in the industry chain.It is the only way to build and cultivate high-quality modern enterprises with global competitiveness,following the high-quality development plan,adhering to the leadership of the Party construction,focusing on the digital factory and lean management,and striving for excellence.Starting from the background of establishing high-quality modern chemical enterprises,this paper analyzes some concrete methods,such as keeping a close eye on“One goal”,building up“Four beams and eight pillars”,tamping down“Three foundations”,etc.,the effect of implementation was summarized.
